Income Verification 

1. Most recent letter of approval from The Federal free or reduced lunch program & most recent tax return.W-2 & check stubs not accepted. Or,
2. Most current statement of benefits received from TANF, SSA, SSI or Disability. 

Current Residence Verification 

Copy of current lease or mortgage statement and most recent utility bill showing residency in El Paso County. 

School/Achievement Verification 

1. Most recent Report Card, CSAP Scores/other tests and progress reports.
2. Home-school families must provide letter of intent to home school, addressed to their school district; and proof of academic studies.
